For over 30 years, Reprotech has been the expert in long-term reproductive cryostorage. We are a trusted cryostorage facility that provides extended storage services to both IVF centers and oncology professionals. Operating across the United States, Reprotech maintains a substantial presence with five strategically located facilities, serving our valued patients and the network of esteemed reproductive laboratories with which we collaborate closely. Alongside our storage services, we build and support software used by fertility clinics and laboratories, including Matcher, Cryologix and IVFOS.
Position Summary
As Senior Product Owner, you'll support the strategic direction and delivery of two of our core software products: Cryologix and IVFOS. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define and maintain product roadmaps, manage the backlogs, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure development priorities align with business goals and customer needs.
You'll own the day-to-day direction of both platforms, balancing priorities across them and making sure each keeps pace with the needs of the clinics, labs and internal teams that rely on it. You'll lead discovery work to understand user needs, and use data and prioritization frameworks to guide decision-making. You'll run all Agile ceremonies, define and monitor product KPIs, and bring commercial awareness and technical fluency to your conversations across the business. As part of a global team spanning the USA and UK, you'll collaborate across time zones to deliver high-quality products.
