Role

We are looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This on‑site role in San Jose reports to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing – ZT Networking. As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager responsible for Zscaler’s Zero Trust Cloud, you will develop and execute go‑to‑market plans for solutions that connect and secure hybrid cloud workloads.

What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)

• Deep technical expertise in Cloud Networking – the go‑to resource for clear concepts and impactful slide decks.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical differentiators into compelling, simple narratives in blogs, pitch decks, or keynotes.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills – write with precision, speak with confidence, and design slides with intent.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Cloud Service Provider (CSP) security tools and ecosystems – AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Deep understanding of key buyer personas including Network Security Engineers, Cloud Architects, Security Architects, and SecOps Managers.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI‑driven solutions.
• Deep technical expertise in Cloud Networking – the person others turn to for clear concepts and impactful decks.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical differentiators into simple narratives.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies for AI‑driven cloud networking security solutions or machine learning‑powered cloud threat detection capabilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or solution engineering for Cloud or Cybersecurity products, paired with a BS/MS degree or equivalent in a STEM field.
• Demonstrated success in positioning and launching differentiated products in competitive markets.

Salary

Base pay range: $164,500–$235,000 USD.
