In this role, you will identify high-impact opportunities, define WFM and adjacent AI product capabilities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver intelligent, scalable, and trusted customer experiences.This is a strategic and execution-oriented role for someone who is passionate about building new WFM experiences and applying AI to solve real customer problems, improve operational efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of product capabilities for WFM Paid Time off, Time and Labor Management productsAssists in the translation of business goals and objectives into a concrete strategy and tactical planManages the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical executionAssesses market requirements for current and future products through conducting market research and on-going discussions with stakeholders and customersIdentifies and prioritizes high-value use cases based on data insights, customer needs, operational pain points, business impact, and technical feasibility.Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes AI-driven opportunities within Workforce Management (WFM) domains, translating business needs into scalable product initiatives.Develops, implements, and manages product features in collaboration with development partnersPrepares detailed and comprehensive product requirements and statements of workPartners cross-functionally with domain product managers, engineering, data, UX, knowledge management, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric WFM experiences.Monitor product performance and business outcomes, using insights to optimize experiences, improve adoption, and inform roadmap decisions.Education qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).Work experience includes:Typically 5+ years in software product design & development experience5+ years of direct product management experience is required2+ years of experience building AI solutions is a plusKnowledge, skills and abilities include:Experience delivering Workforce management products is requiredExperience owning products from strategy through launch in a cross-functional environment.Experience with AI-powered products, conversational experiences, or intelligent systems is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.Familiarity with HR domains such as Payroll, Benefits, HR Operations, or Compliance is a plus.Passion for building trustworthy, useful, and impactful AI experiences.Work environment:Work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable office work setting.
