Onsite Full Time Product Management

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager who can run end-to-end product execution: turning strategy into clear plans, writing high-quality user stories, driving delivery with engineers, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring releases land with the right communication, training, and internal enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer/stakeholder needs into clear product scope and delivery plans
  • Write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
  • Lead refinement, planning, and day-to-day execution with engineers
  • Make pragmatic decisions with developers on trade-offs, sequencing, and next steps
  • Track progress, remove blockers, and regularly update status (internally visible and reliable)
  • Design guided workflows that simplify complex compliance frameworks into clear steps
  • Ensure the platform works for both small and mid-sized companies, including multi-entity setups
  • Collaborate closely with Compliance/Operations to encode expert knowledge into product flows
  • Establish a strong attention-to-detail operating rhythm (clean specs, predictable execution, clear ownership)
  • Create release announcements and platform content (what changed, why it matters, how to use it)
  • Prepare presentations and internal training materials, coordinate translations (DE/EN) where needed
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other departments to align messaging and rollout

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management, ideally B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record shipping products to production with cross-functional teams
  • Strong capability in execution: can run multiple workstreams without losing clarity
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams (comfort with technical concepts and trade-offs)
  • Excellent product writing: user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, release notes
  • Strong organization: prioritization, structured thinking, reliable follow-through

Nice to Have

  • Experience in compliance, security, or regulated domains (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, SOC2, etc.)
  • Experience with multi-tenant B2B platforms and role/permission models
  • Experience building guided workflows, onboarding journeys, or 'compliance-to-done' user experiences

What We Offer

  • High ownership, direct impact on growth, and clear development opportunities
  • Annual training budget and genuine trust in your ideas
  • 30 vacation days, flexible working hours, and a culture that respects focus time
  • Top equipment: MacBook & more to help you get started smoothly
  • International tech team with a clear path to scale and short decision paths
  • Inclusive environment — diversity makes us better
