Marketing Services Technology team is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager – Technical (PMT) to lead strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment for a next-generation data and AI platform. This role owns the vision and roadmap for a product ecosystem centered on large-scale data processing, developer-first APIs, AI/ML-powered insights, and advanced visualization experiences for enterprise customers.
You will partner deeply with engineering, data science, design, and GTM teams to define how organizations ingest, transform, expose, visualize, and act on data through intelligent, scalable services. This position requires exceptional technical depth, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across a wide range of stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy VisionDefine long-term product strategy for a unified data and AI platform, including ingestion, transformation, API orchestration, visualization experiences, and intelligent decision-making.Build and communicate a multi-year roadmap aligned to business objectives, AI innovation, customer needs, and platform scalability.Identify key leverage points where AI/ML can add value across the data lifecycle (ETL, data quality, anomaly detection, summarization, predictions, natural language interfaces).Data Platform API Product LeadershipDrive end-to-end product development for high-scale APIs, ensuring reliability, security, versioning strategy, and developer experience excellence.Partner with engineering to design robust data pipelines, schema standards, metadata models, and governance capabilities.Define KPIs for API performance, latency, availability, and usage growth; champion instrumentation and telemetry.AI Intelligence Layer DevelopmentCollaborate with data science and ML engineering teams to build AI-powered capabilities, including: automated insights, anomaly detection, natural language querying, predictive analytics, AI-assisted workflows and recommendations.Translate advanced technical possibilities into pragmatic user value.Visualization ExperienceDefine and optimize visualization frameworks to help users understand large, complex datasets through intuitive dashboards, interactive UI patterns, and custom visual components.Work closely with design to deliver elegant, accessible, insight-driven experiences.Execution LeadershipOwn product requirements, technical specifications, and prioritization frameworks.Lead complex cross-functional programs with multiple teams, managing dependencies and risks.Drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and make high-judgment decisions that balance strategic goals and technical constraints.Stakeholder Customer EngagementConduct deep customer research to inform product decisions for technical, enterprise, and developer audiences.Serve as the primary voice of the customer for data engineers, analysts, developers, and business decision-makers.Evangelize product direction internally and externally.Required Qualifications10+ years of product management experience with significant time spent in technical and/or platform roles.Deep understanding of data engineering, distributed data systems, ETL design, and data governance.Proven track record owning large-scale API-focused product portfolios.Experience shipping AI-powered or ML-backed features with measurable customer impact.Strong background in enterprise SaaS, analytics platforms, or developer tooling.Demonstrated ability to lead complex products from concept through GA.Exceptional communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.Preferred QualificationsExperience with large language models, vector databases, or AI/ML infra.Familiarity with data visualization frameworks (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Ability to think at the systems level—ecosystems, extensibility, interoperability.Strong business acumen and comfort with financial modeling, pricing, or GTM strategy.AI tools may assist in the recruitment process; however, all hiring decisions are made by the recruitment team based on a comprehensive evaluation of candidates.
