This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution to ensure the platform evolves in line with industry transformation and client needs.You will define and drive product vision, roadmap, and adoption across payment processing, orchestration, real-time payments, high-value payments, ACH, and API-led integration. Working across global teams and clients, you will influence solution strategy, guide implementations, and position CGI as a leader in the payments ecosystem.How You'll Make An ImpactDefine and evolve a strategic product vision aligned to industry trends including ISO 20022, AI, and cloud transformationShape and maintain a product roadmap across payment processing, orchestration, and integration capabilitiesAnticipate market shifts such as open banking, embedded finance, and cross-border innovation to position the platform competitivelyAct as a product evangelist in client engagements, industry forums, and working groups to drive thought leadershipBuild strong client relationships and align product capabilities with enterprise payment transformation strategiesProvide advisory support to solution teams on payment architecture, integration, and implementation approachesTranslate complex client requirements into scalable and reusable product capabilitiesDrive continuous product improvement through market research, client feedback, and performance insightsDefine and evolve API strategies to enable seamless payment processing and ecosystem integrationWhat You'll Bring15+ years of experience in financial services with deep exposure to payments infrastructure across retail, wholesale, and cross-border domains7–10 years of experience in product management, solution strategy, or advisory roles within paymentsStrong understanding of payment ecosystems including schemes, clearing and settlement, and regulatory frameworksProven ability to define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy in complex, client-driven environmentsExperience engaging with clients, fintechs, and ecosystem partners to shape and deliver payment solutionsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and business concepts for diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authorityStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize market trends, client insights, and product data into actionable strategiesDesired Qualifications / Strongly PreferredExperience with global payment schemes such as SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT, and real-time payment networksFamiliarity with open banking standards and API governance frameworksExposure to fintech collaboration models and emerging payment technologiesExperience contributing to industry working groups or standards bodiesCGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $143,500.00 - $301,300.00.
