Job Description
Sr. Product Manager, Flex and Installments will lead all aspects of product solutioning, growth, and adoption across various functions from inception through deal close. While building programs and automations that move ideas to launch faster, the role supports global change initiatives to unlock new payment volume aligned to strategic growth imperatives. The leader will collaborate with Product Development, Strategy, GTM, Data Technology, Finance, Regions, Rules, Risk and other teams to define and deliver accelerated sales use cases in more markets aligned with growth levers.
Reporting to the Director, this leader will be responsible for three pillars of Product Solutions and Growth driven by Customer Obsession: Unlock new consumer experiences , Growth and Sales Enablement , and Regional Partnership . The role requires a deep understanding of the four‑party ecosystem of card‑based payments, primarily from the issuance side, and the ability to influence and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization.
The role also requires advanced proficiency in AI‑enabled tools and agent‑based workflows, using them routinely to drive faster, higher‑quality outputs such as designs, artifacts, planning, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities and Role Expectations
- Lead conceptualization of new consumer experiences by shaping innovative product constructs and solution concepts in partnership with regional teams, Big Tech platforms, hypergrowth fintechs, and processors.
- Orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration to prototype, validate, and refine new experience concepts with speed and customer‑centric rigor.
- Translate market insights, partner feedback, and emerging trends into scalable product opportunities that drive growth and differentiation.
- Identify high‑priority sales plays, products, or use cases for upcoming activations in each region based on feedback and market needs; create high‑impact toolkits, pitch materials, and solution guides to ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all regions.
- Establish feedback loops with field teams to continuously refine enablement assets, messaging, and product readiness. Review quarterly audience insights, social listening data, and regional market feedback to inform updates, streamline and automate processes.
- Lead the framing, storytelling, and strategic narrative for existing and emerging solutions, ensuring regional teams can effectively activate market opportunities.
- Partner closely with regional leadership to tailor solution narratives to local needs, competitive landscapes, and customer priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional teams, helping translate product strategy into clear actionable guidance that accelerates adoption and market success.
- Lead the adoption of design thinking and customer‑centric methodologies to deliver exceptional user experiences; embed AI into end‑to‑end solution prototype and product implementations.
- Hybrid position: at least 3 days in office; the exact number of days will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 5 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD), or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or engineering field such as industrial engineering, systems engineering, engineering management, computer science, software engineering, or product design.
- 6+ years of experience in product management, technology product development, or a related field.
- Experience and comfort adapting to work on different types of products (data, B2C, APIs).
- Experience leading and managing complex, cross‑functional technical projects.
- Superior strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and attention to detail.
- Strong technical literacy, ability to work closely with engineering and technical teams.
- Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior stakeholders and external business partners.
- Proactive self‑starter, team‑oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and adaptable; excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities.
- Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments, financial services, or technology sectors.

The estimated salary range for this position is $169,100.00 to $270,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
