Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute product strategy for AI-powered care navigation experiences. You’ll own key product areas end-to-end, ensuring alignment with our standards for trust, security, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own product discovery, strategy, and roadmaps for core product areas.

Partner closely with engineering, design, UX research, and data teams.

Define success metrics and use data and research to guide iteration.

Collaborate with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to prioritize trade-offs.

Ensure all initiatives align with security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience in software products.

Experience owning full product lifecycles in B2B or enterprise environments.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments.
