Senior Product ManagerWe are seeking a proactive and visionary Product Manager to join our team. This key role will be instrumental in driving the development and execution of our product strategy. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and beyond, ensuring our products meet market needs and drive business growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the product roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands, considering user feedback, market research, and industry trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product features and specifications that align with user needs and business objectives.Lead the product development process, prioritizing features, creating user stories, and collaborating closely with engineering teams through the development cycle.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.Plan and execute successful product launches, coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure effective communication and adoption.Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze metrics, and gather user feedback to iterate and enhance product features and functionalities.Act as a bridge between different departments, communicating product strategies, updates, and requirements effectively to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organization.QualificationsProven experience as a Product Manager 3+ yearsStrong understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies, user-centered design, and product analytics.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
