Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Adobe Home Surfaces team. You will help with the mission of building delightful, personalized experiences to help customers discover and manage Adobe apps.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers, develop a deep understanding of their needs, and stay aware of where the creative product market is going.
  • Use customer research, competitive insights, and industry standard methodologies to create compelling and delightful user experiences that tackle the most challenging problems for our customers.
  • Craft and drive the roadmap, define use cases and detailed requirements, prioritize features, and set key results.
  • Understand, define, and manage metrics to analyze the customer and business impact of features and projects, and refine those metrics to promote a culture of continuous learning, testing, and improvement.
  • Collaborate with global design, data science, research, engineering, and other Adobe teams to drive product strategy and deliver experiences that deeply reflect customer needs.
  • Drive alignment and communication with partners while managing growing and conflicting demands.

  • Collaborative style that guides teams to the right outcome at different levels.
  • Metrics‑driven approach to product development, feature prioritization, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Passion for user‑centric design and experience within the creative space.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the capacity to work with cross‑geo and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or an equivalent area and at least 5 years of product management experience.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
