This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys making difficult prioritization decisions, and is passionate about building products that create measurable customer and business value.The Senior Product Manager operates as an AI-native product leader. They are fluent in modern AI tools across discovery, prototyping, narrative, analysis, and delivery, and they use that fluency to expand their own leverage and model modern product practices across the organization.If you're passionate about solving meaningful customer problems, driving business outcomes, and shaping the future of SaaS products through modern product management and AI-enabled workflows, we'd love to hear from you!This is a hybrid role that requires regular onsite collaboration and occasional client visits.

Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area before their start date. Relocation assistance is not provided.This position requires regular on-site attendance. Through September 30, 2026, employees are expected to work onsite at EWN's current headquarters in Decatur, Texas, as required to support collaboration, coaching, decision-making, and business outcomes. Effective October 1, 2026, EWN's headquarters will relocate to Westlake, Texas.

Beginning on that date, employees will be required to work onsite in Westlake on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.
