Crossing Hurdles is partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI company building enterprise-grade generative AI products that help organizations automate document processing, workflow management, and knowledge-intensive tasks. The company is scaling its flagship no-code AI platform and is looking for a highly technical Product Manager to drive product growth, customer adoption, and product strategy across global markets.

Role: Full-Stack Product Manager

Compensation: $130K $200K base + Equity

Location: United States or South Korea (Remote with significant overlap with Korean business hours)

Experience: 5 10+ years in Product Management, Software Engineering, or AI/ML with a strong technical background

Focus Areas: Generative AI, LLMs, SaaS Platforms, Product Growth, Workflow Automation, Enterprise AI

About The Role

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and growth of a no-code AI workflow platform serving enterprise customers.
  • Drive customer acquisition, activation, and engagement by identifying product opportunities and delivering high-impact features.
  • Partner closely with engineering, AI research, design, and customer-facing teams to build scalable AI-powered products.
  • Translate customer insights into intuitive product experiences that solve complex enterprise workflow challenges.
  • Lead end-to-end product development from customer discovery and prioritization to product launches, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Use product analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to improve adoption, retention, and long-term product success.
  • Operate in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and direct influence on product direction.

Requirements

  • 5 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, or AI/ML with a strong technical foundation.
  • Proven experience launching and scaling SaaS or AI products, ideally in 0 1 startup environments.
  • Previous hands‑on experience in software engineering or AI/ML before transitioning into Product Management.
  • Strong understanding of AI products, LLMs, workflow automation, APIs, or enterprise software.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and making technical product decisions.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using metrics, experimentation, and customer insights to guide product strategy.
  • Business‑level fluency in both English and Korean is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working across global teams with significant collaboration during Korean business hours.
  • Existing U.S. work authorization for U.S.-based candidates (no new visa sponsorship available).
