Remote Full Time Product Management

Overview

Senior Product Manager, Provider Experiences at Headspace. Headspace is building toward a future where mental health support is a connected layer within a broader care ecosystem, enabling AI-first care and an intelligent network for providers and external partners. This role owns the Provider Core domain, building systems that power providers and their external partners.

This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of platform engineering and B2B2C product delivery. Success requires strong systems thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to balance partner-specific needs with scalable platform design.

At Headspace, product leaders are expected to lead with curiosity, model purposeful experimentation, give and receive feedback with care, and maintain an unwavering commitment to the member and partner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provider Enablement: Own the provider-facing product surface through which Headspace provider teams deliver care. Define tooling, workflows, and data access capabilities to give providers the right member context, assessment history, and engagement signals to deliver high-quality, informed care at scale.
  • AI-First Clinical Enablement: Build ambient clinical intelligence tools that automate note-taking and documentation, reducing administrative burden. Define the "AI-in-the-room" experience, ensuring it meets clinical safety and quality standards.
  • Agentic Scheduling & Matching: Develop intelligent scheduling workflows that optimize supply and demand. Build the logic for automated provider-patient matching and appointment management that prioritizes clinical fit over simple availability.
  • AI-Driven EHR & Measurement: Define product requirements for a smart EHR interface and lead the experience to extract clinical insights from partner systems, enabling Headspace to operate as an intelligent node in the healthcare network.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical leadership, engineering, legal, compliance, and health plan stakeholders to ensure data exchange protocols, escalation frameworks, and provider tooling meet regulatory and clinical standards.
  • Success Measurement: Define and track metrics for the domain, including provider tooling readiness, referral coordination flow automation, and interoperability readiness.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • 3-5+ Years of PM Experience: Health-tech product experience, specifically provider tooling, care coordination, or EHR/interoperability.
  • Technical Acumen (Proficient): Ability to discuss model latency, data pipeline architecture, and buy vs. build trade-offs for AI integrations; ability to write robust non-functional requirements.
  • AI/Agentic Fluency: Understanding of using AI/ML and LLMs in clinical environments, human-in-the-loop constraints, and safe AI surfacing for clinicians.
  • Builder DNA: Comfortable with tools like Figma, Replit, or low-code environments to validate features before production code is written.
  • Collaboration: Experience bridging clinical risk/compliance with engineering speed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital health, behavioral health, or care navigation platforms.
  • Familiarity with EAP clinical protocols and their intersection with mental health care pathways.
  • Previous experience with provider marketplace or referral network products.
  • Exposure to FHIR, HL7, or other clinical interoperability standards.
