We are committed to innovation, quality, and creating scalable solutions that enhance everyday wellness experiences.Job SummaryThe Senior Product Manager – Product Solutions leads product and technical engagement across assigned OEM accounts and/or market segments, with a primary focus on driving successful new product introductions (NPI) from concept to mass production.This role translates customer and application needs into scalable product solutions while ensuring seamless alignment across Product Development, Engineering, and Operations.

Acting as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams, the Senior Product Manager ensures that new products are technically sound, manufacturable at scale, and successfully transitioned into mass production.Key Job ResponsibilitiesProduct & Technical LeadershipServe as the primary product and technical authority for assigned OEM accounts and/or marketsDevelop deep expertise in customer applications, system architectures, and use casesAct as a trusted technical counterpart to customer engineering and product teamsNew Product Introduction (NPI) & Design-InLead customer-facing engagements to present new products, platforms, and technology roadmapsDrive design-in strategy, including system architecture, integration feasibility, and application alignmentGuide proof-of-concept development and early-stage validation effortsEnsure solutions are technically robust and aligned with long-term platform strategy prior to commercial commitmentProduct Introduction & Operations CoordinationLead cross-functional coordination to ensure successful transition from product development into mass productionPartner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to align on readiness, capacity, and scalabilityEnsure product requirements, specifications, and application constraints are clearly defined and transferred to production teamsSupport production ramp activities, including issue resolution, feedback loops, and continuous alignment between Engineering and OperationsDrive disciplined handoff processes to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved at launchCross-Functional LeadershipPartner with account management to align product direction with commercial objectivesCollaborate with Engineering and Product Development to define requirements, priorities, and execution plansInfluence roadmap decisions based on customer, market, and operational insightsSupport internal enablement through training, documentation, and knowledge transferProduct Stewardship (Secondary Focus)Identify select opportunities for product refinement based on customer feedback and application insightsEnsure any improvements align with platform strategy and scalability requirementsQualificationsEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, or related fieldMBA or advanced technical degree preferredExperience Requirements8+ years of experience in product management, systems engineering, or technical product rolesProven experience leading new product introductions and design-in efforts through production rampExperience working with OEM customers and/or market-driven product strategiesDemonstrated success working cross-functionally with Engineering and OperationsExperience in Water, Health & Wellness and related industries a plusRequired Skills / AbilitiesStrong systems thinking and solution architecture capabilityDeep understanding of product lifecycle from concept through mass productionAbility to translate customer needs into scalable, manufacturable product solutionsStrong cross-functional leadership, particularly across Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong decision-making and trade-off analysis capability in complex environmentsEEO StatementBalboa Water Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
