We're seeking an experienced, results-oriented Product Manager to join our Product team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy and development of key product families that support Redica’s market position and future growth.You will shape the future of our data offerings by translating customer and business needs into scalable, usable data products. You will also influence executive-level decisions, advance innovation across the product portfolio, and deliver solutions that create measurable value for our customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product families, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Analysts to design, build, and scale impactful solutions that address complex customer challenges.
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the organization, driving innovation and influencing product strategy at the executive level.
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide the development of high-impact products and features.
- Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional leaders, facilitating collaboration across product, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve business outcomes.
