Senior Product Manager, Medical Devices SaaS & ConnectivityJoin Medela and help shape the future of connected healthcare solutions in the NICU and maternity care space. We are seeking a strategic, technology-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our global device + connectivity ecosystem, with a strong focus on the U.S. market and expanding digital healthcare capabilities.This role is ideal for someone who combines traditional medical device product management expertise with digital health, connectivity, and software commercialization capabilities.

You will play a critical role in bringing integrated hardware and software solutions to market that connect hospital systems, EMR platforms, clinicians, and families throughout the lactation journey.Our Senior Product Manager, Medical Devices SaaS & Connectivity will:Lead global product lifecycle management for Medela's NICU and maternity care device + connectivity solutionsShape and execute portfolio strategy across hardware, consumables, connectivity, and SaaS-based healthcare solutionsDevelop business cases, pricing strategies, and monetization models that support profitable growth and long-term value creationDrive product and ecosystem innovation focused on connecting hospital-to-home workflows and EMR integrationTranslate customer pain points and market insights into scalable, customer-centric product solutionsSupport the launch and commercialization of next-generation digital and connected healthcare solutionsPartner with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive, clinically appropriate software and device experiencesHelp accelerate organizational capability around SaaS commercialization and digital solution adoptionBring external market intelligence and technology trends into the organization to help shape future innovation opportunitiesEvaluate partnerships, healthcare technology ecosystems, and integration opportunities within the hospital environmentCollaborate closely with R&D, Digital Marketing, Operations, Medical/Clinical teams, and regional Marketing Impact teamsSupport global go-to-market execution while adapting strategies to regional and customer-specific needsWork within a highly matrixed global organization to balance speed-to-market with stakeholder alignmentPartner with commercial and regional teams to drive adoption, onboarding, retention, and launch successServe as a key contributor to product launch readiness and commercialization strategyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field requiredStrong understanding of digital healthcare ecosystems, connectivity solutions, and healthcare technology trendsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong business acumen with the ability to build compelling business cases and pricing strategiesAbility to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced global environmentStrong analytical, structured, and data-driven approach to problem-solvingExperience:8+ years of product management, solution management, or innovation experience within regulated healthcare or MedTech environmentsExperience launching and commercializing SaaS, connected health, telehealth, or healthcare IT solutionsProven success leading product innovation initiatives involving both hardware and software ecosystemsExperience with FDA and MDR regulated markets requiredExperience with EMR integrations, healthcare connectivity platforms, or digital clinical workflows highly preferredBackground in NICU, maternity care, lactation, or hospital-based workflows is a strong plusExperience working in global organizations and highly matrixed environments preferredWhat Makes Someone Successful in This Role:Naturally curious about emerging technologies and digital healthcare innovationComfortable operating in ambiguity while driving urgency and executionConsultative and collaborative approach with strong cross-functional influence skillsAbility to bridge technical, clinical, and commercial perspectivesEntrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountabilityPassion for improving healthcare workflows and patient outcomes through connected solutionsAdditional Details:Hybrid role with onsite expectations three days per week in McHenry, ILTravel up to 10–20%, including occasional international travelRole is supporting key markets across the Americas and EuropeExposure to clinical and hospital environments required
