The QualiFind Group is excited to partner with our client in an interesting search for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to shape the strategic direction of a sophisticated product portfolio. In this high-impact role, you’ll turn customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive trends into powerful strategies that accelerate growth. You’ll own the P&L, uncover new revenue opportunities, and drive profitability improvements that align with our client’s long-term vision for market leadership.

Our client is a US-based global leader in transit-packaging solutions and innovative products. They employ more than 7,000 across 6 continents, producing innovative products in more than 80 manufacturing facilities around the world and generating in excess of $2 billion in annual revenue.
Essential Functions
- Product Innovation and Roadmap Development
- Customer Insights and Voice of Customer (VOC)
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Opportunity Identification & Lead Generation
- Pricing Strategy
- Operational Footprint Alignment
- Performance Measurement & KPIs
Qualifications
- 10 or more years of product management experience, preferably with an industrial business with similar customer base.
- The ideal candidate will have a background in developing product line strategies and leading product portfolio management.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills.
- Proven track record of launching successful products and driving growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Engineering. Masters degree in Marketing or Business is strongly preferred.
