Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of global marketing programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Establish and manage integrated program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource alignment
- Serve as a central PMO leader coordinating across global and regional teams (AMER, EMEA, APAC)
- Implement and scale program governance frameworks, including operating cadence, status reporting, and decision escalation
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and issues; proactively resolve blockers to maintain momentum
- Track and report on program performance, KPIs, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to senior leadership
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement across marketing workflows to increase efficiency and speed to market
- Facilitate alignment across Marketing, Product, Sales, Analytics, and external agency partners
- Develop standardized playbooks, templates, and best practices to enable repeatable execution at global scale
- Lead development of strategic plans across franchises by delivering data-driven market insights, opportunity assessments, and competitive intelligence
- Drive the competitive intelligence function across devices, platforms, digital health solutions, and adjacent technologies
- Monitor and analyze competitor portfolios, pipelines, clinical evidence, regulatory activity, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market, customer, and ecosystem analyses to identify growth opportunities, white space, and emerging risks
- Support annual and long-range strategic planning cycles, including scenario modeling and market forecasting
- Translate complex market, financial, and competitive data into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations
- Influence product positioning, roadmap prioritization, and value proposition development based on insights and market trends
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to enable ongoing visibility into competitive dynamics and performance
- Partner cross-functionally (R&D, Commercial, Regulatory, Clinical, Finance) to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Requirements
- BA/BS degree required
- 7+ years of related work experience
- Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills required
- Strong financial acumen and ability to process PnL and detailed deal & business models
- Strong problem solver with proven ability to translate data into insights
- Ability to multi-task and execute multiple deliverables while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently, comfortable taking initiative
- Ability to travel up to 20-30%
