Responsibilities

• Define and execute global product portfolio strategies and roadmaps by translating customer and market insights into profitable business cases.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful global commercialization.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to establish pricing, compelling value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue growth.
• Evaluate portfolio performance using financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide future investment decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members while fostering collaboration across global, matrixed organizations.
