Senior Product Manager

• Lead Risk & Security product strategy for Visa’s Agentic Commerce initiative
• Act as the primary RAS product partner to the Agentic Commerce team
• Define problem statements, target outcomes, and roadmap priorities across payment flows
• Embed risk-related requirements early in experience design and product decisions
• Understand ecosystem participants, platforms, and end-user needs as agentic commerce evolves
• Track and synthesize trends in AI agents, digital identity, delegated authorization, wallet ecosystems, tokenization, and emerging fraud patterns
• Evaluate fraud and security implications of agent-driven commerce
• Align fraud, identity, authentication, disputes, and data/AI teams on cohesive solutions and unified roadmaps
• Lead discovery, design thinking, and prototyping from discovery through go/no-go decisions
• Translate strategy into product requirements and other product artifacts
• Develop product narratives and positioning for Visa’s Agentic Commerce risk solutions
• Align internal stakeholders on solution value, approach, and competitive advantage

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience, or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) with at least 5 years of experience, or a PhD with at least 2 years of work experience
• 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree, or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree, or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD (preferred)
• Experience as a product manager, product owner, business process analyst, or in sales operations
• Experience applying Agile principles across design, development, testing, and product management
• Experience developing software capabilities supporting sales, service, or customer relationship management functions
• Experience managing and implementing complex projects directly or through supervision
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with systems, marketing, and sales teams
• Agile certifications such as CSM and CSPO, or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience identifying, assessing, and managing product-development tradeoffs
• Experience identifying points of failure and formulating error-handling approaches for product resiliencyDigital fluency, including ability to work with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
• Ability to travel 5-10% of the time
