Senior Product Manager – Falcon Privileged Access

  • Own the transition to continuous identity and modern PAM

  • Define product strategy for modern privileged access and zero standing privileges across endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud environments

  • Deliver user experiences for privilege elevation with Product Designers

  • Create in-flow, easy-to-use, and transparent experiences for end users and administrators

  • Collaborate across product teams to use Falcon security data, threat analysis, security controls, process automation, and AI capabilities in privileged access decisions

  • Serve as the Falcon Privileged Access expert for internal and external parties

  • Deliver core messaging, enablement materials, demos, and FAQs

  • Engage with internal teams, prospects, and current customers to gather requirements, answer questions, and communicate product vision and roadmap

  • Use AI agents for research, analysis, specification iteration, and customer synthesis


Requirements



  • Hands-on background in Privileged Access Management, secrets management, identity governance, or a closely adjacent technical domain

  • Experience with legacy vendors such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, and HashiCorp

  • Understanding of privilege elevation across endpoint, applications, infrastructure, and cloud

  • Experience delivering just-in-time access through policy-driven provisioning operations using direct connectors, claim-based authorization, and third-party integrations

  • Understanding of non-human identity, including service accounts, workload identity, machine credentials, AI agents, and secrets rotation

  • Fluency with SSH, RDP, Kerberos, and LAPS

  • Fluency with Entra ID, Okta, Ping, OAuth, OIDC, and SAML

  • 5+ years in product management

  • Proven experience bringing products from 0 to 1 and scaling them after launch

  • Ability to drive ambiguous areas from problem definition to delivered product

  • Current use of AI agents for research, analysis, spec iteration, customer synthesis, and stakeholder preparation

  • Ability to simplify complex privileged access workflows, session brokering architectures, and JIT approval matrices

  • Ability to rapidly mock and iterate using Claude Code, Lovable, Replit, or similar tools

  • Ability to explain complex privileged risk concepts in plain language

  • Strong written communication across specs, prompt chains, evaluations, one-pagers, and prototypes

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes

  • Canadian-based employment requires legal entitlement to work in Canada
