Senior Product Manager

Job Description

• Experienced Product Manager to lead customer-facing digital pharmacy experiences within a large retail healthcare environment. This role owns product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery across pharmacy digital platforms.
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for digital pharmacy platforms.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive improvements across patient journeys (prescriptions, refills, scheduling, notifications, payments).
• Use data and customer insights to guide prioritization and improve user experience. Lead Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Salary Range-$110,000-$170,000 a year
