Senior Product Manager – Data Platform (DaaS)As a Senior Product Manager – Data Platform (DaaS), you will transform our Data Platform. You will define and drive the technology strategy, in partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders across multiple business lines. The goal of the platform is to be a high-quality source of truth supporting all lines of business, enabling multiple applications, as well as reporting, analytics and data science.

You will manage the evolution of the platform as additional sources of data are required and technology components (e.g., machine learning) are matured. As a key member of the Technology and Data team, you will partner with our Enterprise Architecture, Leasing Platform, Asset Management and Financial Platform teams to create and operate an industry-leading Real Estate Technology platform.Responsibilities:Manage program and project teams to optimize delivery against resources across project initiativesWork closely with project sponsors, project managers and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for new initiativesCollaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesContributing ideas to product development initiativesPlanning and managing product development stagesCollaborating with system engineers and software architectsReporting product development progress to senior managersEnsuring that products are delivered on time and within budgetOverseeing product deployment and integrationDiagnosing and resolving technical issuesEvaluating product performance metrics and facilitating adjustmentsDocumenting processes and ensuring compliance with industry standardsPlatform ManagementOversee the management and operation of the platformDefine the platform visions and roadmapMaintain expert knowledge of Data products, services, and industry trendsManage an ecosystem of applications to solve our business challenges and ensure the seamless flow of information throughout the platformEngage with business stakeholders to create and manage a demand management process that equitably handles competing priorities across business teamsDefine and manage OKRs that build confidence in the platform and ensure the platform meets the needs and goals of the businessStakeholder ManagementEngage with business leaders as their trusted advisorDevelop partnerships with key stakeholders and business owners across all components of the platformMaintain collaborative relationships with the Technology and Product teamsProject DeliveryOversee the development of business cases, user requirements, and project chartersCreate and manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources across a portfolio of projectsCreate and manage processes for testing, release management, and change controlManage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT managementTechnology OperationsWork closely with Architects, and Analytics Team to ensure data models have been developed in accordance with business needs for use across multiple lines of businessManage integrations with the Data Platform and external products and platformsWork closely with data engineers to build data monitoring solutions to track errors, exceptions, and failure during data transportDevelop and manage metrics to ensure that the platform exceeds business expectationsSkills We're Seeking10+ years of IT Product and/or Program ManagementStrong experience with managing the builds of new data platformsExperience managing cloud-based projects, leveraging data warehouses such as SnowflakeExperience managing platforms to make it easy for other stakeholders to access
