The Role
- Senior Product Manager who defines the product vision and acts as a Team Catalyst for the Product and Tech organizations, defining how we execute delivery. Lead with a dual focus on vision and execution, ensuring alignment with clinical efficacy and software delivery for Patients, Providers, and Administrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Catalyst & Team Accountability: foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement; own the engineering rhythm of business, plan sprints effectively, remove blockers, and maintain velocity without compromising quality; provide hands-on mentorship to engineering and product teams; align clinical operations and technology by explaining the "why" behind features to engineers.
- Product Vision & Clinical Execution: design and manage product lifecycles considering Patients, Providers, and Administrators; translate company goals into a prioritized roadmap; define success metrics and use data to validate hypotheses and pivot when necessary; ensure robust data-driven iteration with KPIs around clinical outcomes and user engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6-8+ years of progressive Product Management, with 4+ years in Digital Health or Clinical Technology
- US Healthcare System Insight: residency in the US for at least 10 years with knowledge of US clinical payment, regulatory, and operational environments (EMR, HIPAA, provider credentialing, etc.)
- Clinical Understanding: experience shipping products for Patients, Providers, and Administrators; familiarity with EMR integrations and HIPAA compliance
- Leadership: experience managing agile ceremonies and driving accountability in engineering teams
- Technical Fluency: ability to debate technical trade-offs with engineers
- AI Tools: proven experience building with AI tools (e.g., LLM integrations, prompt engineering)
- No-code/Low-code: proficiency with platforms like Zapier, Bubble, Retool, or Airtable
- Communication: ability to speak Doctor, Engineer, and Business fluently
- Language: bilingual; able to work in Spanish with our Chilean Engineering team
