Senior Product Manager, Care Delivery & Provider Growth

Grow Therapy is a mission-driven company building a three-sided marketplace to empower therapists, insurers, and patients. We are seeking a product leader who can own end-to-end outcomes, craft a multi-quarter roadmap for high-quality care, and drive analytics to boost retention and rebooking.

You will collaborate with legal, clinical, and engineering teams to deliver impact, define metrics, and guide lifecycle education for providers. This role is hybrid with NYC or San Francisco hubs.
