The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the debt recovery lifecycle, partnering with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-focused products.Required Skills:8+ years of Product Management experience.Strong experience in Debt Recovery, Collections, or Accounts Receivable Management (ARM).Expertise in Debt Buying, Charge-off Recovery, Payment Plans, Skip Tracing, Litigation Collections, Case Management, and Recovery Strategy.Knowledge of FDCPA, CFPB, Reg F, FCRA, and TCPA.Experience with Agile/Scrum, Product Roadmaps, User Stories, and Stakeholder Management.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred Background:Experience with Debt Buyers, Collection Agencies, Financial Institutions, Banking, Lending, FinTech, or ARM organizations.Exposure to AI-driven collections, workflow automation, SaaS products, analytics, and API integrations.
