Senior Product ManagerWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Adobe's Experience and Engagement team to help craft the future of intelligent customer support. In this role, you will spearhead the evolution of the self-service experience by developing agentic AI solutions that move beyond static automation. You will lead the development of intelligent agents capable of reasoning, leveraging real-time customer context to deliver seamless, intuitive, and highly personalized resolutions at global scale.
