Senior Product Litigation Counsel—Trials & Strategy

Dow in the United States is seeking a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, with Houston, TX also considered. You will manage Dow’s litigation portfolio, including asbestos-related matters and other product liability cases, and supervise external counsel.

Ideal candidates hold a JD or LLM, have at least 7 years of litigation experience, and are admitted to a State Bar. Travel up to 25% may be required; relocation assistance is available.
