Senior Product Litigation Counsel - Trial Strategy

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered.

You will manage Dow and its affiliates’ litigation, including product liability matters, and provide trusted legal counsel with oversight of discovery, depositions, and settlements. The role requires a Juris doctor or LLM, at least 7 years of attorney practice, Bar admission, and willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
