Senior Product Litigation Counsel — Strategy & Trials

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered.

Your assignment will include litigation management for Dow and its affiliated companies, covering a wide range of product liability litigation. You will independently provide legal counsel, manage external counsel, draft documents and oversee discovery, while coordinating with internal experts and staff across the Legal Department.
