Senior Product Litigation Counsel: Strategy & Trials

Dow is seeking a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, with Houston, TX also considered. The role involves litigation management for Dow and affiliates, including asbestos and product liability matters.

Responsibilities include providing legal counsel, managing external teams, drafting documents, overseeing discovery, and coordinating with internal experts. Travel up to 25% expected.
