Senior Product Litigation Counsel — Strategy & Trials

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered.

Your assignment will include litigation management for Dow and its affiliated companies across a wide range of matters, including asbestos personal injury and other product liability cases. You will independently advise clients, review documents, manage external counsel, and supervise paralegals while coordinating discovery and budgeting.
