Senior Product Litigation Counsel Strategy & Trials

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered.

Your assignment will include litigation management for Dow and its affiliated companies, including asbestos personal injury and other product liability matters. You will independently provide legal counsel, manage external counsel and experts, review and draft documents, and coordinate discovery with business clients and internal resources.
