Senior Product Litigation Counsel – Strategy & Trials

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered. Your assignment will include litigation management for Dow and its affiliated companies across a range of matters.

Responsibilities include providing legal counsel, drafting documents, managing external counsel, budgeting, and developing settlement strategies. Domestic relocation is possible where eligible.
