Senior Product Litigation Counsel - Lead Trials & Strategy

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered.

Your assignment will include litigation management for Dow and its affiliated companies, including asbestos personal injury and other product liability matters. You will provide independent legal counsel, supervise external counsel and experts, review documents, set strategy, oversee budgets and settlements, and coordinate with internal resources.
