Senior Product Litigation Counsel

Dow invites applications for a Counsel in its Litigation group. The preferred location is Midland, MI, but Houston, TX will also be considered.

The role involves litigation management for Dow and its affiliates, handling a broad range of matters including Union Carbide asbestos personal injury and other product liability litigation. Responsibilities include providing legal counsel, drafting and reviewing documents, managing external counsel, supervising staff, and directing case strategy.
