Responsibilities
- Serve as factory point of contact for advanced troubleshooting of issues at customer sites and coordinate resolution with cross‑functional team.
- Ensure customer requirements are well documented and delivered to meet expectations.
- Provide information to field teams and customers regarding tool operation needs (power, chemicals, water, etc.).
- Ensure customer specifications are well understood by the TMEA community.
- Drive compliance for all engineering change orders.
- Draft engineering requirements for new feature requests from the customer that enable improvements to system performance and meet stringent specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 8+ years of professional engineering experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of professional engineering experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specific experience with semiconductor equipment or similar fully automated capital equipment.
- Experience with gas‑cluster ion beam and / or ion implantation technology and etch.
- Proven experience in the application of lean principles and formal problem‑solving techniques.
- Proficiency in project planning software.
- Experience with Monday.com.
- Certified Project Management Professional.
Physical Requirements
Job duties are performed in an office setting or in a clean room environment. May require the use of personal protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous elements or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc. Occasional travel to TEL factory, training facilities and customer locations may be required.
