Senior Product Designer

A leading company is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their innovative team. Our client, a global organization, focuses on creating member-centered digital experiences. Senior Product Designer Responsibilities

• Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear design visions and actionable strategies.
• Develop high-quality, detailed design work across multiple UI platforms, from concept through ready-for-development.
• Build and maintain scalable systems, reusable patterns, and design frameworks beyond individual projects.
• Collaborate directly with product, engineering, marketing, and merchandising teams to align design strategies and bring user-centric experiences to life.
• Lead and facilitate collaborative sessions across various teams and present visual storytelling to communicate design directions effectively.

Senior Product Designer Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products with a strong record of leading 0-1 initiatives.
• Proven ability to transform unstructured problems into focused, actionable plans and deliver impactful results.
• Exceptional attention to detail and mastery in creating consistent design patterns across multiple platforms.
• Skilled at managing multiple initiatives, balancing requirements, and maintaining long-term experience vision.
• Experience in developing systems, frameworks, and reusable design components to improve organizational efficiency.
