AD TALENT INC. is partnering with a startup that has created a platform offering AI tools for intelligence sharing with law enforcement agencies. The product streamlines communication and data integration, enabling agencies to produce bulletins, analyze intel, and close cases efficiently. The company recently raised $10M in Series A.

Senior Product Designer (Staff/Full time)

Base Pay Range

$160,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• You will own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and user research to UX, UI, and final delivery.
• You’ll work closely with founders and engineering to shape product strategy, define the design vision, and translate complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences.
• This role combines hands‑on execution with high‑level decision‑making, giving you significant influence over our product direction, design culture, and brand.
• You should be comfortable operating autonomously, validating ideas quickly, and building scalable systems that evolve as we grow.

Location

Tri‑State area, Boston area, or Portland, OR. The role is mainly remote, with some on‑site travel for meetings with law enforcement departments and to meet with the company's team.

Compensation

Between $160,000 – $185,000 + equity.
