About the Role
We're partnering with a fast-growing AI company building software to simplify complex accounting and financial workflows.
They're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can turn complicated finance processes into intuitive, easy-to-use product experiences. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to understand user needs, solve complex problems, and bring thoughtful designs from concept through launch.
What You'll Do
- Design intuitive experiences for complex accounting and financial workflows.
- Turn complicated processes, data, and business requirements into clear user flows and interfaces.
- Build prototypes to explore ideas and test solutions.
- Partner with product and engineering to ship high-quality experiences.
- Contribute to design systems and improve consistency across the product.
- Use AI-powered prototyping tools to explore and iterate on ideas.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- A strong portfolio showcasing visual craft, interaction design, and complex problem-solving.
- Experience designing data-heavy products or sophisticated workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to own projects from concept through implementation.
- Willingness to work onsite in NYC ~4 days per week.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Accounting software or financial operations
- ERP platforms
- Fintech products
- Workflows such as billing, invoicing, reconciliation, or financial reporting
Compensation & Benefits
- $170,000–$200,000 base salary + equity
