Senior Product Designer, Frame.io Asset Management

We have built a product creatives recognize and love through constant innovation and incredible attention to detail.We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us push the boundaries of what's possible in a creative collaboration experience. In this role, you'll help define the experience across our product, partnering with product management, research, and engineering to make sure we continue to innovate and hold the bar high in our product experiences.This is a role for a creative individual with strong interaction design skills, excellent aesthetic judgment, and an ability to systematically work through complexity.

You'll define the Frame.io experience through strong design process – using wireframes, prototypes, polished UI, and more to tell a story through your work. Your work will inspire delight every time a customer uses Frame.io.ResponsibilitiesDesign simple, elegant, and user-centric experiences that delight customersDefine a user interface using sketches, wireframes, flows, prototypes and Frame.io's own UI design systemBuild functional prototypes to validate and test your designsParticipate in user research and testingLook for opportunities to approach problems in new and inventive waysHelp maintain visual and brand consistency across our productsCollaborate with team members to translate business objectives into unique product experiencesQualifications5+ years of proven experience in fast-paced creative environmentsAbility to convey design ideas via sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animationPossess both exceptional product design skills and an ability to think conceptually and strategicallyA compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work and tells a storyStrong presentation skillsA breadth of cultural reference pointsExpertise in Figma, our primary design tool, and other tools for prototyping product experiencesPreferred Accessibility Design Skills:Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
