Senior Product Design Manager — Growth & Onboarding

Discord is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead a talented team of designers through the full product development cycle, from strategy to launch and iteration. You will own the new-user journey, spanning discovery, signup, onboarding, and early engagement.

You will partner with product, engineering, and data science, champion informed design with user research and data, and foster a culture of creative excellence and empathy. This role reports to the Director of Product Design.
