Rippling is seeking a Lead Counsel, HR Products to partner with Product, Sales, and Compliance as we launch EOR services in new countries. You will provide employment and wage/hour product counseling across jurisdictions, drafting templates and policy documents, and guiding a growing product counsel function.
You will advise on complex regulatory frameworks, support the HR product teams, and help embed a culture of compliance across Rippling’s operations and offerings.
