Senior Product Analyst## Department:Health System Shared Services | Technology Deployment**Scope of Position**The Senior Product Analyst leverages data to drive product strategy and decision-making. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis of product performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to define product goals, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, they create detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership. **Position Summary**The Senior Product Analyst plays a crucial role in driving product success through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. The Senior Product Analyst is responsible for evaluating market trends, analyzing consumer behavior, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance product offerings. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to stakeholders. **Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree finance, data, economics or a related field* 4 years IT experience and/or 4 years in product analysis or a related role* Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, along with strong statistical analysis and data modeling skills## Additional Information:**Duties and Responsibilities**● Developing a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product family priorities and improvement recommendations.● Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success.● Increasing adoption and consumption of product family capabilities● Continuously monitoring and evaluating product value delivered to customers and proactively championing product improvements● Monitoring business, market, and technology trends to inform product strategy and proactively proposing new solutions.● Ensuring alignment and adherence to corporate, financial, and IT standards (e.g., architecture, compliance, security).● Managing investment decision-making and finances for the product family, taking a return-on-investment approach to increasing the value while minimizing product costs.● Creating detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross functional teams.## Location:Ackerman Rd, )## Position Type:Regular## Scheduled Hours:40## **Shift:**First Shift***Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
