Senior Produce Department Lead

Outpost is seeking a Produce Manager to lead the department, ensure top-notch customer service, manage ordering, pricing, and inventory control, and drive sales and margins. You will coach produce staff, schedule, and coordinate with purchasing to maintain product quality and assortment.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, with weekend and evening shifts.
