Responsibilities
* Lead procurement activities for major EPCM projects, from packaging definition to executing the RFP process to the award
* Participate alongside other procurement, expediting, transport, and logistics experts
* Work with project teams to align procurement activities with project objectives, schedules, and budgets
* Negotiate commercial agreements, purchase orders and key terms with suppliers
* Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect project performance
* Drive vendor performance and accountability throughout project execution
* Support clients with best practices in strategic procurement, sourcing, and supply chain optimization
* Build strong relationships with clients to enable repeat business and long-term partnerships

Requirements & Certifications
* Over 15 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain (EPCM or construction preferred)
* Strong experience in capital projects procurement (equipment, services, construction)
* Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing vendors
* Solid understanding of commercial, contractual and risk management principles
* Experience in mining, metals or heavy industry
* Experience on large EPCM or EPC projects
* Familiarity with project controls and contract administration interfaces
* Experience supporting strategic procurement initiatives or consulting mandates
* Frequent travel, depending on project needs, if outside Arizona
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Asset: bilingual (Spanish)
