Senior Procurement Manager

To drive cost structures and savings in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Procurement Manager will oversee procurement category strategies, manage competitive bidding processes, and ensure pricing transparency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product costs and align with sustainability goals. Key responsibilities Define and execute procurement category strategies to improve margins and establish procurement targets Manage end-to-end RFP processes to secure optimal cost and commercial terms with manufacturing partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate material availability into product design and development for cost optimization Required qualifications 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a consumer goods or retail environment Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams
