Senior Procurement Manager – HR Services

Overview

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business needs into sourcing strategies.
• Lead complex sourcing projects across HR subcategories, including supplier evaluation and selection.
• Drive commercial negotiations, structure deals, and deliver measurable savings while maintaining service quality.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (MSAs, SOWs, amendments) with limited legal support.
• Stay ahead of HR market trends and regulatory shifts to shape category strategy.
• Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships, ensuring ongoing performance and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of HR category sourcing experience across areas such as recruitment, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and L&D.
• Proven success leading multi-million-dollar sourcing projects and driving cost optimization.
• Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sourcing tools (e.g., SAP Ariba).
• Based in the NYC Metro Area , with the ability to work in a hybrid model .
