A growing medical device company is hiring a Senior Procurement Leader in Northern New Jersey to take ownership of its supply base. It’s a small, fast-moving business with a market-leading product, so you’d be the senior sourcing voice on new product and cost projects. You’d shape supplier strategy as the company scales.

What you’ll do:
- Select and develop suppliers for new products, matching designs to the right partners
- Drive cost savings by consolidating spend and moving business to stronger suppliers
- Build a supplier contract strategy and framework from the ground up
- Manage one direct report covering day-to-day purchasing, including supplier scorecards on delivery, quality and cost
- Support selected indirect spend negotiations
What you’ll need:
- 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement or category management, mainly on direct materials
- Medical device or pharma experience, including supplier quality and ISO requirements
- A clear communicator who can present BOM status and cost structures to project teams
- Collaborative, hands-on and comfortable wearing many hats
- ERP experience is a bonus
Hybrid in Northern New Jersey, four days on-site and Fridays from home.
