Senior Procurement Lead - US, South San Francisco - 12 Month Contract

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a portfolio‑wide procurement strategy aligned to site masterplan and long‑term asset strategy
• Operate within / alongside a central PMO structure
• Lead upstream strategic procurement decisions, not just execution
• Act as Procurement Lead on two major capital projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience in large‑scale capital programmes (£/$/€1bn)
• Portfolio or programme‑level procurement leadership
• Experience working within or alongside a PMO environment
• Strong exposure to capital procurement models (EPC, EPCM, frameworks, alliances, etc.)
